Bugallo ships worldwide. An additional charge is applied to customers outside Europe. This additional charge will allow you to track your package through the post's website. Any possible additional taxes, duties or fees are the responsibility of the customer. The processing time for all orders is 1-2 business days. Once shipped please allow 2-5 business days for deliveries inside Mexico and 8-13 business days for all international deliveries. Every order is top priority for us and we constantly keep track of all our orders, however if you think that your order might be lost or is taking too much time to arrive, please feel free to contact us at: email@example.com and we will reply to you as soon as possible.
Before returning an item please take your time and try it out at home, we can almost assure you once you wear the product you will love it. If you received a defective or wrong product or it simply did not exceed your expectations please contact us before 30 days after the expected delivery time for your address. Once we receive the product we will contact you and complete the refund as soon as possible. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We want you to be a happy return customer so think about doing a product exchange instead of returning an item. By doing so, you will only need to ship us back the item (to the return address above) and contact us before 30 days after the expected delivery time for your address and saying which product you will want to have for exchange. Once we received the product back in its original condition we will ship to you with no cost your new product. Only one exchange is allow per order.
Any international packages shipped imposing duty payment upon us will be refused.
